Keeping to the agreed schedule giving consideration to the inevitable bumps that occur in any project

The overall billing and the fairness of charges for extra work that is needed.
Overall we were very happy with the project and as we look at our cottage now it’s very hard to tell the extension wasn’t a core part of the original building. We would certainly use Laurence again and are happy to recommend him.”
